Manage affiliates and their area
Affiliate list, clicks, sales, balances, suspension and the affiliate’s personal area.

Follow your partners and give them their links.
Prerequisites and plan
Program active.
Steps
- In “Affiliate program”, section “Affiliates”, read per affiliate: Clicks, Sales, Commissions, Paid, Balance due.
- Click “Suspend” (or “Re-enable”) to cut or restore their commissions.
- Click “Export to CSV” to download the list.
- The affiliate opens their area through the link received by email: they see their links with
&aff=CODE, their sales and their payments received.
Expected result
An affiliate link is formed like this: capture page link + &aff=CODE.
Tips
- The affiliate area link is private: anyone who has it can view it.
- Bot clicks are not counted.
Common problems
The affiliate did not receive their area
Check the email entered and the spam folder; invitation emails go to the address provided.
A sale did not earn a commission
The buyer had the same email as the affiliate, the link expired, the affiliate is suspended or the sale was refunded.
