Steps
- Open
confidentialite.php(“Privacy” link at the bottom of every page). - Read section 1 (who is responsible for what), section 7 (emails and anti-spam legislation) and section 12 (your rights).
- To exercise a right (access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion), write to the address in the “Contact us” section.
Expected result
You know your obligations: obtain recipients’ consent, honour unsubscribes and make no promises of results.
Tips
- Payment keys and integration secrets are encrypted; passwords are stored with irreversible encryption.
- Requests from individuals are handled within 30 days by the person responsible for the protection of personal information.
Common problems
A person asks for their data to be deleted
As the account holder, delete their record in “Contacts” (tick the box, then “Delete”). For your own account’s data, write to the address in the “Contact us” section.
